Our broad network of contacts and deep understanding built over the last decade assists in the identification of suitable investors/ investor groups for businesses seeking either seed or growth capital.

Based on discussions with management/promoters, we facilitate the following:

• Develop a valuation model based on different methods.
• Preparation of an Information Memorandum/ investor presentation.
• In the case of debt, assist in the preparation of the Credit Request in the appropriate CMA formats.
• Shortlist potential financial/ strategic investors/ commercial banks/ other financial institutions.
• Pitch the investment opportunities to shortlisted Private equity/ Strategic investors.
• Partner with management to negotiate the price and other terms of capital investment.

Our primary focus is on transactions between $4m and $25m with an extended focus on transactions greater than $25m.
